Sociertio uses the data needed to run buddy streaks, keep your account signed in, apply age eligibility rules, process subscriptions, send reminders, support photo check-ins, and operate adult-only coaching and messaging features.
Sociertio collects only the information needed to run buddy streaks, keep your account signed in, process Pro subscriptions, send reminders, and support photo check-ins.
Email address, sign-in provider, Supabase user ID, auth session state, and date of birth for age eligibility.
Display name, locale, selected character, and theme preference.
Streak names, invite codes, memberships, buddy links, creation time, and timezone.
Check-in dates, completed/rest type, streak counts, broken-state data, and restore usage.
Photos you capture for photo check-ins, pending upload files, and local archived copies.
Permission state for saving composed streak photos to your device photo library.
Push notification permission status and Expo push token for streak reminders and eligible message notifications.
RevenueCat customer ID, entitlement state, available packages, and purchase/restore state.
Device timezone and local day boundary data used to keep streak days consistent.
Adult eligibility state derived from your date of birth, used to restrict coach discovery, coach applications, coach profiles, and coach messaging to users who are 18 or older.
Your legal name (first, middle, last, suffix), submitted application details including specialties, modalities, languages, years of experience, and affiliated facility, application status (draft, submitted, approved, rejected), rejection history, and admin review decisions including reason codes.
Government-issued identity documents submitted for KYC verification: an ID front, ID back, and selfie with ID. These are held only for the duration of the review process and are scheduled for deletion once a decision is made.
Your public coach profile: headline, biography, specialties, modalities (in-person or remote), languages, years of experience, affiliated facility, and gym associations.
Profile photos you upload for your coach listing, and automated moderation results for each photo including moderation status, score, and content labels.
GPS coordinates and location label you provide to set your in-person coaching area and appear in location-based discovery. Location updates are timestamped. You control whether location-based discovery is enabled.
For eligible adults who use messaging: conversation metadata including your role (client or coach) and conversation status (pending or accepted), message text, and message attachments.
We use your data to authenticate you, create and join streaks, show your buddy whether you checked in, preserve streak history, sync widget state, process purchases, enforce age-based access rules, recover access, and respond to support or account deletion requests.
Sociertio uses your date of birth to confirm whether you may use the app and whether you are eligible for adult-only coaching and messaging features. Users under 13 are not eligible to use Sociertio. Users under 18 cannot access coach discovery, coach applications, coach profiles, or coach messaging.
Your buddy can see your display name, shared streak membership, check-in status, streak history, and shared streak activity. They do not receive your auth credentials, date of birth, payment details, private session tokens, or device notification token.
Coaching and messaging features are only available to users who are 18 or older.
Coach applications. If you apply to become a coach, Sociertio collects your legal name, application details, and identity verification documents (government ID and selfie with ID) to review your application. KYC documents are held only for the duration of the review and are scheduled for deletion once a decision is made. Admin staff can access application data and KYC documents during the review.
Coach profile and photos. Approved coach profiles are visible to eligible adult users browsing coach discovery. Profile photos are scanned by automated moderation before they are published. Moderation scores and content labels are stored internally and are not shown to users.
Location. In-person coaches may share a GPS location to appear in location-based discovery. Location data is used only for discovery and is only active while you have discovery enabled. You can pause or disable discovery at any time.
Conversations and messages. When a client starts a conversation with a coach, Sociertio stores the conversation record — including your role (client or coach), the conversation status (pending or accepted), message text, and any message attachments. Conversation data is visible to the participating users and to admins where needed for safety, operations, or support.
If you use photo check-ins, Sociertio stores the photo needed to complete that check-in and may keep local archived copies on your device for history. Photos are scoped to your streak and account. You can delete your account to remove your associated uploaded check-in photos.
Sociertio uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions. It uses RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase state. Device operating systems handle camera, photo library, and notification permissions.
You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your Sociertio auth user, profile, push token, check-ins, memberships, and uploaded check-in photos. If you applied to be a coach or were approved as a coach, deletion also removes your coach application, coach profile, coach photos, KYC documents, and the conversations and messages you participated in. If you share a streak with a buddy, their account and their own data remain.
