End User License Agreement

Sociertio is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/macapps/stdeula/. These Terms of Use add Sociertio-specific rules for accounts, buddy streaks, check-ins, age eligibility, adult-only coaching and messaging, subscriptions, acceptable use, service availability, and support.

Using Sociertio

Sociertio is a buddy streak app for personal accountability. You are responsible for your account, your check-ins, and the information you choose to share with your buddy, coach, or client.

Accounts

You need an account to use Sociertio. Keep your sign-in method secure. If you create or continue using an account, you must provide an accurate date of birth so Sociertio can apply age-based access rules. If you delete your account, Sociertio removes your profile, push token, check-ins, memberships, uploaded check-in photos, coach application and profile data, and conversations and messages as described in the Privacy Policy.

Age eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sociertio. If your date of birth shows that you are under 13, you may not create or continue using an account. Sociertio may use your date of birth to decide which features are available to you.

Adult-only coaching and messaging

Coaching, coach discovery, coach applications, coach profiles, and coach messaging are available only to users who are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may use eligible buddy streak features, but you may not view, access, apply for, or participate in coaching or coach messaging features.

Becoming a coach

To apply as a coach, you must be 18 or older and submit a coach application through the app. Applications require your legal name, a coach profile (headline, biography, specialties, modalities, languages, experience), and identity verification documents (a government-issued ID and a selfie with that ID). Your application is reviewed by Sociertio staff. You will be notified of an approval or rejection. Rejected applications may be revised and resubmitted. Repeated violations or fraud attempts may result in a permanent block from applying.

Identity verification documents are collected only to verify your identity for the coach application review. They are scheduled for deletion once a decision is made and are not used for any other purpose.

Coach conduct

As a coach, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your application and profile. Do not misrepresent your credentials, experience, or identity. Do not submit fraudulent or altered identity documents. Do not upload coach profile photos that contain nudity, explicit content, or content that violates someone else's rights. Coach profiles and photos are subject to review and may be removed if they violate these Terms.

Coach discovery and location

Approved coaches may enable discovery to appear in the coach browsing experience for eligible users. In-person coaches may share a location to appear in location-based discovery results. Discovery and location sharing are opt-in: you control whether your profile appears in discovery and can pause or disable it at any time from your coach settings.

Messaging

Eligible adult users may initiate conversations with approved coaches. As a participant in a conversation, you are responsible for what you send. Do not send messages or attachments that are illegal, harmful, harassing, sexually explicit, or non-consensual. Do not use messaging to contact users who have not accepted your conversation request. Sociertio may review message content where needed for safety, operations, or support.

Buddy streaks

Streaks are shared spaces. Your buddy can see your display name, membership, check-in status, and shared streak activity. Do not create streak names, display names, or photo check-ins that violate someone else's rights or privacy.

Photo check-ins

Only upload photos you have the right to share. Do not upload illegal, harmful, private, or non-consensual content. You are responsible for the content you submit through photo check-ins.

Subscriptions

Sociertio Pro may unlock paid features such as additional streak capacity and cloud-backed features. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled through the App Store and RevenueCat entitlement state. Sociertio may offer Sociertio Pro Monthly, Sociertio Pro Annual, and Sociertio Pro Lifetime in-app purchases. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Service availability

Sociertio depends on network access, Supabase, RevenueCat, device permissions, and operating system behavior. Features may be unavailable or change over time.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private service behavior, or use Sociertio for unlawful activity.

Sociertio is not medical, fitness, mental health, or professional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a professional where appropriate.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of Sociertio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
